This is an application by the Applicants/original claimants for expeditious hearing of the above First Appeal with a prayer to fix the date for final hearing. The matter is arising out of motor accident claim. In view of uncontroverted averments in the application and nature of dispute and further considering that this is an old appeal arising out of accident claim of the year 2008, hearing of the Appeal is expedited. Interim Application is allowed and disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
