Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner and respondent Nos. 5 to 8 have made complaints against each other to the Karad Municipal Council ("Council") in the context of access to their respective plots. 3.

Learned counsel now state that within 2 weeks from today i.e. on or before 23 July 2024, they will file consolidated complaints/ representations to the Council by incorporating all their grievances 09th July 2024

32-WP-2630-2023.DOCX raised in the earlier complaints. They say that along with this comprehensive representation, they will also annexe necessary documents, complaints, etc.

The Council is directed to hear the petitioner and respondent Nos. 5 to 8 and dispose of this comprehensive representation in accordance with law on its own merits by 20 August 2024. The Council should pass a reasoned order and communicate it to the parties on or before 20 August 2024.

All contentions of all the parties are explicitly left open for consideration by the Council in the first instance. 6.

If any of the parties are aggrieved by the said decision, they are at liberty to challenge the said decision in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 8.

There shall be no orders as to the costs.
