Mr. Tiwari states that after the impugned order was passed on 29th January 2018, Petitioner has subsequently been informed that the reason for rejection of his application for issuance of FL-2 license was that the documents submitted were forged documents. Mr. Tiwari states that Petitioner wishes to challenge the same. Counsel states that in view of subsequent developments nothing would survive in the Petition and Petitioner if advised would take such proceedings as permissible in accordance with law.
