Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that proposal for seeking the approval to the appointment of the Petitioner is not considered on the ground that some documents have not been placed on record. 2.

Learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the staffing pattern has been approved after the Government Resolution dated 21/01/2019 by the Deputy Director of Education Officer. Learned counsel submits that as per the other documents mentioned in the impugned order, the same would be supplied and deficiency would be cured. 3.

In light of that, the Education Officer shall consider the proposal by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date:
