DATE: APRIL 19, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Heard Mr. Dalvi, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners. 2] I am informed that order passed by the Collector on 21st December, 2018 is a subject matter of challenge before the Divisional Commissioner, Pune at the behest of the original allottee, so also the Petitioner herein. Said proceedings are informed to be pending on the file of Divisional Commissioner, Pune.

4] It is directed that said proceedings be decided expeditiously and in any case within a period of three months from the date of production of this order.

5] Learned AGP appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1/State assures that copy of the order shall be served on the Divisional Commissioner, Pune. Once the said proceedings are decided, it shall be open for the Petitioner to approach before the Court below, seeking temporary injunction.
