Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By a detailed order dated 23.02.2021, this Court has granted interim protection to the Applicants. It is the principal contention on behalf of the Applicants that they have also been victims in getting the sale deed executed and the Applicants propose to file a written statement on admission in Regular Civil Suit No. 26 of 2020, which is pending before the Civil Judge Junior Division at Mahabaleshwar District Satara. The learned counsel for the Applicants on instructions states that such a written statement on admission shall be filed within two weeks from today.

The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer states that the investigation is at a concluding stage and the custody of the Applicants is not required for the purposes of the interrogation. The statement so made is accepted. 5.

In that view of the matter, Criminal application is disposed of in terms of order dated 23.02.2021, which is hereby made absolute. This shall be subject to the condition that the Applicants file written statement on admission before the learned Civil Judge Junior Division within two weeks from today. 6.
