By way of the present praecipe, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 25 th August 2022. The submission is that in paragraph 6 of the order, reference is made to an application. The number of the application is also mentioned in paragraph 6. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently it remained to be mentioned before this court that subsequently the appeal was renumbered and the reference is now "PUNARVA/APPEAL/SR 25/2014". This being an inadvertent error, the counsel prays for modification of the order by addition of the above referred words.

Accordingly, the prayer for modification is allowed. The words "subsequently renumbered as PUNARVA/APPEAL/SR 25/2014" be added in paragraph 6 after the words "PUNARVA/KAVI-3/S.R./APPEAL:-27/2011. The modified order dated 25 th August 2022 be uploaded accordingly.
