Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondent No. 1 - State of Maharashtra (Through Secretary, Cooperation, Textile and Marketing Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, to decide the Petitioner's Revision Application No. 634 of 2019 expeditiously, in a time bound manner.

It appears, that the Petitioner's Revision Application was 1/2

920-WP-3449-2022.doc closed for orders on 15th July, 2020. According to the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Hon'ble Minister has not passed any order in the said Revision Application.

Since, this is the only relief sought for, by the Petitioner, without going into the merits of the Petition, we deem it appropriate to request the Hon'ble Minister of Co-operation, Textile And Marketing Department, to decide the Petitioner's Revision Application No. 634 of 2019, if not decided, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within six weeks from today.

The Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is disposed of.
