The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Petition. The ground made out is that the Applicant/Petitioner is a senior citizen.

Having regard to the aforesaid fact and also considering the fact that the above Petition is of the year 2009, it would be just and proper to expedite the hearing of the above Petition. The above Petition accordingly to be placed for final hearing in the week commencing from 24/08/2015, to be shown at the appropriate place on the final hearing board. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
