On a praecipe moved by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, the matter is placed before this Court today for speaking to the minutes to the order dated 6 th April 2022. It is submitted that in paragraph nos. 6 and 7, reference is made to the complaint / communication and the date of said complaint / communication ought to have been is 20 th May 2019 instead of 28 th May 2019. This being inadvertent typographical error, the prayer for speaking to the minutes is allowed. The order dated 6 th April 2022 be corrected accordingly.
