By taking this application on board, learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant due to some reasons could not surrender before trial Court on or before 16th April 2019. Learned counsel therefore, prays for further time for compliance of order dated 8th April 2019. Perusal of said order would reveal that after Court expressed its mind to not to grant anticipatory bail as no case is made out, applicant sought leave to withdraw application and further sought leave to surrender before trial Court on or before 16th April 2019 praying for extension of interim protection till that date. Applicant since on his own failed to surrender before time granted to him as aforestated, no case is made out
