The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.3 of 2019 registered at Kankavli Police Station, Sindhudurg, on 07.01.2019, under Sections 406, 420, 465, 466, 468 and 471 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

At the outset, learned APP makes a statement on instructions that the investigating agency does not want to arrest the applicant for the purpose of custodial interrogation.
