It is informed that an application seeking reference has been presented and the matter in respect of proper valuation of the acquired land and the trees thereon, is already referred to the Civil Court by the Land Acquisition Officer and the reference application is pending. The issue raised in the instant Petition can very well be considered by the Reference Court dealing with the question of valuation of the agricultural land and the trees.

In view of above, no interference is called for. The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
