The above Criminal Application was heard on 1232018 and was adjourned for today so as to enable the Learned Counsel for the Applicant Mr. Sarda to take instructions for withdrawal of the above Application. Today the Learned Counsel Mr. Sarda on instructions states that the Applicant would withdraw the above Criminal Application to take appropriate recourse under the Cr.PC. The above Criminal Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
Needless to state that if any application is filed by the Applicant for discharge, the same would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law.
