Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that at present she is not pressing prayer clause (a) of the Civil Application, which reads thus: "a) This Hon'ble High Court Bombay be vacate the stay granted in Civil Application no. 1444 of 2013 and Revenue Authorities to be directed to handover the possession of the properties to the extent share of the Applicant to him forthwith."

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is Senior Citizen 87 years old. She submits that in the interest of justice, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to expedite the hearing of Second Appeal no. 527 of 2013.

17 cas 1178-15=.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as the applicant is Senior Citizen, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application as under:

a) Hearing of Second Appeal no. 527 of 2013 is expedited on the ground that applicant is Senior Citizen.

b) Office is directed to place the Second Appeal for hearing in weekly board as per its turn in the list of Senior Citizen, if it is ready for final hearing.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
