After hearing the learned counsel for the parties for some time, when this Court was not inclined to favourably consider the Application, the learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application. He points out that the charge is already framed.

In such circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of, as withdrawn. The trial is expedited. The learned Sessions Judge shall proceed to hold the trial as expeditiously as possible and an endeavour shall be made to decide the same within six Mamta Kale page 1 of 2
