Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, we deem it fit to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 1 to dispose of the Petitioner's application dated 13.02.2013, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit­C page 15, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of four weeks from today.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the Respondent No. 1 shall decide the said Shubham

Till disposal of the said application/representation the Respondent No.1 shall not take any coercive action against the said structure. In the event, the order passed is against the interest of Petitioner, then no coercive action shall be taken for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order to the Petitioner.
