Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is for restoration of First Appeal (ST) No.27325 of 2013 which was dismissed in view of conditional order dated 13.12.2014 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial­ II) for non removal of office objections within stipulated time.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within four weeks from today.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as the applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within Mohite 1/2

34 caf973-15.doc four weeks from today, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order: a) Order dated 13.02.2014 passed by learned Registrar (Judiclal­II) is set aside.

b) First Appeal (ST) No.27325 of 2013 is restored on file.

c) Applicant to remove all office objections in First Appeal as well as pending Civil Applications if any within four weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
