By this Appeal from Order, the appellant original defendant challenges the order dated 30.08.2013 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Sindhudurg, at Oras below Exh.7 in Regular Civil Appeal no. 51 of 2012 restraining defendants from disturbing plaintiff's possession over the suit land and from creating 3rd party interest in the suit land till the final decision of the appeal.

As the impugned order passed by the Appellate Court in 2013 and appeal is pending for last more than 3 years, the following order is passed. a) The learned Principal District Judge, Sneha Chavan 1/2
