In view of para 12 of the affidavit in reply filed by Mr. Sudhakar Patil, City Survey Officer, Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur, the impugned order has already been carried into effect and therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may pass appropriate orders.

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of as infructuous, with no order as to costs.
