We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition with direction to Respondent No.3Competent Authority to decide the approval/proposal if not decided already as early as possible and preferably within three months from the date of submission of the copy of this order.

dgm 2 14-wp-3012-14.sxw In view of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3055/2012 dated 9 July 2012, we are also inclined to direct the concerned Respondents to pay the due salary, if not already paid in accordance with law.
The writ petition is therefore disposed of with liberty also in view of order passed by this Court so recorded above. However, it is made clear that above order is on a foundation that the Petitioner's appointment is otherwise legal and not in breach of any provisions of law. Therefore, liberty is also granted to the Respondents to apply for appropriate order in case of any difficulty. No costs.
