Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. By order dated 28th October, 2014, Rule has been issued in the Writ Petition and prayer for interim relief has been rejected. Very old Writ Petitions and Family Court Appeals assigned to this Court are pending. Therefore, priority cannot be given for the hearing of the Writ Petition of the year 2013 when the claim involved is only money claim. Application is rejected.
