The only prayer made by the petitioners is for a direction to the respondent No.2 Zilla Parishad to decide the proposal of the petitioners for transfer, in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 29th September, 2011, from the Scheduled Tribe category, within a time frame.

Since the prayer of the petitioners is innocuous and since similar prayers were considered and granted by this Court in Writ Petition No.3359 of 2014, we intend to grant the prayer made by the petitioners.

Hence, the petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 Zilla Parishad to consider and decide the

bsb 3 proposals of the petitioners in terms of the Government Resolution dated 29th September, 2011 from the Schedule Tribe category, as early as possible and positively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Order accordingly. No order as to costs.
