It is an admitted position that the land of the Petitioners has been acquired by private negotiations for the public purpose by mutual consent and a Sale Deed dated 29.03.2016 is also entered into between the Petitioners and the Competent Authority and the Petitioners have received the consideration under the Sale Deed. In the said Sale Deed as well as Consent letter dated 28th September, 2015 the Petitioners have stated that they will not raise any dispute before the Competent Authority in respect of enhanced compensation as well as for allotment of alternate land and that they do not have any further claims. 2.

In the circumstances, the prayers in the Petition seeking enhanced compensation and other claims cannot be entertained. 3.
