Mr. Toshniwal submitted that the petitioners have made an application for compounding of the offence. The compounding fees determined by the respondents have been paid as per the statement of Mr. Saxena, learned counsel for the respondents. Mr. Toshniwal brings to notice of this Court that by an order dated 9 September 2023, the Judicial Magistrate, based on compounding proceedings, has disposed of the case.
