This is an application for intervention in Anticipatory Bail Application No.193 of 2021.

The subject matter of the Anticipatory Bail Application is C.R.No.828/2020 registered with Islampur Police Station. This FIR was a result of private complaint filed by the intervention application on which order u/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C. was passed pursuant to which the FIR is lodged. Therefore the intervenor can be heard in this matter as everything started at his instance as he has filed the private complaint. Therefore his intervention application is allowed.

The learned counsel for the Applicants is directed to implead the intervenor as a party Respondent No.2. Amendment shall be carried out within two weeks from today. Both the parties shall exchange their respective copies. 4.
