By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 23.02.2015 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Satara below exhibit-1 in Transfer Application (Civil) No.24 of 2015. By that order, the learned P.D.J. rejected the application made by the petitioner-plaintiff for transferring the Suit.

It is common ground between the parties that the learned Judge who was presiding over the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara has been transferred. Mr. Ghanavat, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. The learned Counsel for respondents have no objection.
