Dekvar, API, Pandharpur Taluka Police Station, Solapur submitted that, the investigation of present crime is practically completed and the police are intending to file closure report, however, in view of the Order dated 2nd March 2017, the said final report could not be filed till date. 2) As the investigation is completed and the police are intending to submit closure report, we permit the Investigating Officer to submit the same within two weeks from date of uploading this Order on the Official HEMANT CHANDERSEN SHIV Website of the this Court.
