In this Petition, there are various prayers made. However, the prayer clause D refers to 'B' summary report dated 12/05/2021 in respect of the C.R. No.484/2020 registered at Vairag Police Station, u/s 354 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Therefore, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition. All the questions raised, are left open to be agitated before the learned Magistrate by the Petitioner while opposing grant of summary report.
