On 2nd July 2024, since neither the Petitioner nor their Advocate appeared, we made the following order. "1.

None for the parties.

By order dated 25th April 2003, this matter was adjourned sine die because of pendency of Writ Petition No. 1235 of 1998 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

By our further order dated 8th May 2017, the learned AGP had assured the Court that he would Digitally signed by SUMEDH NAMDEO SONAWANE Date:

Accordingly, we now place this matter on 26th July 2024 for directions."

The learned AGP now states that Writ Petition No. 1235 of 1998 is shown as disposed of. He points out that this Petition concern admission to the PG Ayurved course and by now, the Petitioner must have lost her interest in pursuing this matter. 4.

The Petitioner has not been appearing in this matter since at least 2017. This is reflected in orders dated 8th May 2017 and 2nd July 2024.

Accordingly, we dismiss this Petition for non prosecution. (Kamal Khata, J) (M.S. Sonak, J) 29th July 2024
