The Consent Terms are signed by all the parties. There is a resolution of the Respondent, i.e., Original Complainant authorizing the Secretary of Respondent No.1 to settle the matter. Accordingly, the undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. 3) The Revision Applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the Revision Application and the Respondent has no objection for the same.
4) In view of the foregoing, the Revision Application is permitted to be withdrawn. The Respondent be treated as acquitted.
5) The Revision Application is disposed.
