This is an application for bringing legal heirs of Respondent No. 8(c) on record. There is delay of 14 months and 80 days in iling the Application. Request is made for condoning the delay. In para 6 it is stated that the Respondent No. 8-c died on 29th August, 2021 leaving behind him Respondent Nos. 8(b) and 8(d) to 8(g) as his legal heirs and Shubham Talle 1 of

37-(a)-IA-12841-2024.doc representative who are already on record.

As the legal representatives of the Respondent No. 8(c) are already on record, this Application can be allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Further we ind that delay in iling the Application deserves to be condoned, for the reasons mentioned in the Application. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

Interim Application is allowed.
