This is an application for bringing legal heirs of Respondent No. 8(a) on record. There is delay of 39 days in iling the Application. Request is made for condoning the delay. In para 4 it is stated that the Respondent No. 8(a) died on 7th October, 2022 leaving behind her Respondent Nos. 8(b) to 8(g) as her legal heirs and representatives who Shubham Talle 1 of

As the legal representatives of the Respondent No. 8(a) are already on record, this Application can be allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Further we ind that delay in iling Application deserves to be condoned, for the reasons mentioned in the Application. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
