The learned AGP rightly points out that the impugned order dated 30/8/2019 has been delivered by the SDO - Madha, Division Kurduwadi u/s.247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. RTS Appeal No.57 of 2019 has been dismissed. The petitioner has a remedy of filing a Second Appeal before the District/Addl. Collector.

The petitioners are at liberty to avail of the statutory remedy as is permissible in law. In the event of delay, the time spent by the petitioner in this Court, from 2/3/2020 till the passing of this order, shall be a good ground for seeking condonation of delay.
