The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to assail the inquiry report (Order dated 2510-2017) passed by the Additional Collector Sangli in pursuance of the directions issued by this Court on 19th March 2017, before the appropriate forum. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. It is expressly made clear that, we have not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open to be agitated before the appropriate forum/Court. 2.
