After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, on this application for bail during the pendency of the appeal, it is thought fit that the entire appeal can be expeditiously heard and disposed of as the conviction of the applicant is for the offence punishable u/s 376, 354 and 377 of IPC and maximum punishment awarded against him is of five years.

As such the appeal be fixed for final hearing in the week commencing from 6th of July, 2015. R & P be called from the 1/2
