From the year 2020, the spare copy of the Appeal is not provided as a result notice is not issued to respondent no.2. The learned APP Mr.Nakhwa submit that he has instructions from the Investigating Officer, that the applicant was already released on bail at the time of filing of the charge-sheet by the Special Court.

In the wake of the above, on this ground also, the Appeal is rendered infructuous.

Hence, it stand disposed off.
