First Appeal has been preferred by the State being aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 19th April, 1997 passed in L.A.R. No.102 of 1987.

Considering the meager enhancement, this Court is not inclined to entertain the First Appeal. First Appeal is dismissed. 4.
