In view of the order passed in Interim Application No. 2694 of 2023, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press the Contempt Petition. He submits that liberty be granted to initiate fresh proceedings if fresh contempt is committed by the Respondents. As by the order passed in the Interim Application, the Chartered Accountant is directed to re-calculate the amount, in event any cause of action for contempt arises, the parties are at liberty to initiate contempt proceeding.
