2/2 38 WP 6579-21.doc Writ Petition can be disposed of on the basis of the statement made by the counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 to the effect that during the period of four weeks, he shall comply with the order passed by the Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Kolhapur in RCS No.19 of 2019 and 20 of 2019, by which he has been directed to deposit deficit Court fee, on the report of the Assistant Superintendent, Civil Court, Sr. Division, Kolhapur. On the statement made from the learned counsel for the respondent/original plaintiff, on instructions, that the deficit Court fees shall be deposited within the aforesaid period, I need not go into the legality of the impugned order assailed in the present Writ Petition.

Writ Petition is disposed off.
