P.C. :­ The learned Counsel for the parties state that in view of the order of termination passed on 7 July 2015, after the order dated 5 May 2015 passed in this Petition permitting the Petitioner to do so, nothing further survives in this Petition. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent states that the Respondent will take out appropriate proceedings, to challenge the action of the Petitioner terminating the Respondent, if not already filed. If such proceedings are taken out, they will be

considered at their own merits without being influenced by the observations made in the impugned order.
