By this application, the Applicants have sought to condone the delay of 234 days in filing the application for bringing on record the legal representative of the deceased Respondent No.3(A). 2.
Learned counsel for the Applicants states that Respondent No.3(A) has expired leaving behind Yogesh Dadaso Patil as her sole legal representative. Learned counsel, who was earlier representing Respondent No.3(A) concedes that the proposed legal representative, Yogesh Patil is the sole legal representative and that there is no other legal 1/2

In view of the said statement and the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned, abatement is set aside and the legal representative of deceased Respondent No.3A is ordered to be brought on record. Cause title be amended within one week. 4.
