Heard learned counsel for the Appellant and learned counsel for the Respondent and learned APP for the RespondentState. 3.
The learned counsel for the Appellant in Appeal No.346 of 2020 submits that, this Appeal has become infructuous as Investigating Officer has filed B-Summary Report against the Appellant. The learned counsel further submitted that, the Appellant has been released on interim bail on 17th March 2020. 4.
The learned counsel for the Appellants in other Appeals have submitted that, the Appellants are on interim relief from 17th March 2020, they have co-operated in the investigation. Investigation is almost completed, hence, Appeals be allowed. 5.
Considering the fact that, all the Appellants are on interim relief since year 2020, in one Appeal 'B' Summary Report is filed. Considering these facts, interim relief granted to the Appellants are made absolute in all Appeals and all Appeals are disposed of.
