Mr. Bhavake, learned Counsel for the petitioners has moved these petitions for speaking to minutes of the order dated 16th March, 2022 passed by this Court in these petitions. 3.
Mr. Bhavake, learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that paragraphs No.4, 5 and 6 which read thus; "4.
After filing of these petitions, appointments of the petitioners as "Junior Clerk" have been approved by the Education Officer and, therefore, purpose of the petitions has been served by grant of such approval.

The petitions are, therefore, disposed of having been served the purpose.

We further direct respondents No.1 to 5 to take steps for allotting Shalarth I.D to the petitioners and ensure that
salary of the petitioners is released within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order".

"4.
We direct respondent No.5 to decide the proposals dated 29th November, 2021, 24th August, 2021, 11th November, 2021, 10th January, 2020, 14th May, 2021, 20th April, 2018, 25th January, 2019, 28th July, 2021, 23rd September, 2021, 23rd September 2021 and 26th December, 2014 respectively sent by Management seeking individual approval to the appointment of the petitioners to the post of "Junior Clerk" in accordance with law with applicable Government Resolutions at the earliest and, in any case, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

In case, approval is granted, the name of the petitioners shall be entered in Shalarth system and by allotting Shalarth I.D., their salary together with arrears, if any, shall be released to them at the earliest and, in any case, within a period of six weeks from the date of grant of approval, if any" 4.
