Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The Petition was lodged on 30 January 2023 when the proceedings taken by the Respondent No.1-Bank were initiated. During the pendency of the Writ Petition an order is passed under section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. As against this order, statutory revision is provided for. Since the remedy under the statutory revision is available, it is not necessary to entertain the Writ Petition. Keeping all contentions open, the Writ Petition is disposed of. SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.
