CORAM : R.M. SAVANT, J.
DATE : 13th APRIL 2016 P.C.
1.
The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the fact that the Petitioner has already disposed of his sugarcane by supplying the same to some other Sakhar Karkhana, nothing survives for consideration in the above Civil Application. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. 2.
However, the same would not preclude the Petitioner to file a fresh application for the subsequent crushing season if the occasion so arises.
