Counsel for the Petitioners submit that during the pendency of the petition, the chargesheet is filed. As such the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to take an appropriate remedies as available under law including filing of an application for seeking discharge. Needless to state, if such application is filed, the same be decided on its own merits as early as possible.
