Learned counsel Mr. Kulkarni, appearing for respondent No.3, on instructions makes a statement that the proposal of respondent No.4-Bal Bharati Vidyalaya, (Primary Section), copy of which is annexed as Exhibit "I" to the petition, shall be decided within a period of six weeks from today. Statement is accepted as an undertaking.

In the above circumstances grievance of petitioner no more survives, petition is disposed of.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and respondent No.3 shall decide the said proposal as 1/2
