Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is a project afected person. The land was acquired under the award of the year 1997. The Petitioner was not issued with the notice under Section 16

(1) (b) of the Maharashtra Project Afected Persons Rehabilitation Act. The Petitioner is ready to deposit the amount. The Petitioner has made representation to Respondent No. 2. No decision is taken on. R.V. Patil

We have heard the learned AGP for the State.

In case the representations of the Petitioner dated 24th January, 2018 and 16th January, 2020 are pending with Respondent No. 2, Respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merit, in accordance with law and considering on the judgments of this Court that may be relied by the party expeditiously preferably within four months from the date, the Petitioner appears before Respondent No. 2. The Petitioner shall appear before Respondent No. 2 on 27th April, 2022.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
