This Writ Petition is moved at the instance of Mr. Prashant Bhavake, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 seeking stay to the judgment dated 11th November 2024 for a period of 12 weeks.

However, Mr. Chetan Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner opposes the said request and states that some reasonable time be granted.

Accordingly, the judgment dated 11th November 2024 passed in Writ Petition No.3145 of 2013 is stayed till 31st March 2025. [MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.] Sonali
